Thank You to Everyone Who Attended Singleton Lake Community Day

Thank you to everyone who attended the Singleton Lake Community Day yesterday and took the time to speak with the various services, organisations and community groups present.

Having a range of local agencies in one place provided a useful opportunity for residents to find out what support is available in the area, raise concerns, and have conversations with those working within the community. It was also beneficial for organisations to engage with residents and each other, helping to strengthen local partnerships.

A number of positive conversations were held about local issues affecting the area. Kent Police will review the concerns that were raised and continue working with local partners and organisations to identify where action can be taken to address them.

The event also included activities for children, which helped create a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere throughout the day and gave younger residents the chance to get involved.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and supported the event. Community days like this provide a valuable opportunity for residents, police and partner agencies to come together, share information, and maintain strong links within the local area.
